The private holding structure through which Gabriel owns and governs his businesses — legally a single Czech company, founded in 2003 as a management consulting and advisory practice. Since 2022 it has taken selective equity positions in a small, closely held group of companies spanning advisory, hospitality and consumer ventures across the Czech Republic, the United States and Spain.
